I've found that my biggest achievements have been a result of my deciding to have the attitude of just being happy to be where I am in that moment.
All-City, All-Metro and All-State 1st teams as a senior in high school
1973 AP & UPI Honorable Mention and All-American
1981-1984 UCLA Head Varsity Basketball Coach
1985-1988 Weber State University- Head Varsity Basketball Coach who won the prestigious Oquirrh Bucket for winning the most games against in-state rivals. Best pre-season start in Weber State history 1985-86.
1988-1990 QADSIA Sporting Club, Head Basketball Coach, Kuwait Two-time Amir's Cup Gulf Champion
1992-1997 Kuwait National Team, Head Coach and participated in International competition. Champion of First Annual Martyr's Invitational Championship in 1994.
2002 College Insider Horizon League Coach-of-the-Year - Loyola of Chicago
2002-2004 Loyola University Head Coach with 32 complied victories, the most in consecutive seasons since 1984.
2004 to 2007 College Basketball Analyst covering regional and national television broadcasts on ESPN and FOX Sports. Conducted pre-game scouting and research, provided insightful commentary, and conducted pre-and post-game interviews with players and coaches.
